Colombo, Sri Lanka (NewsRadio) : Sri Lanka will be under curfew for 36 hours from 6pm.
The Government Information Department when contacted by NewsRadio confirmed that island-wide curfew will be effective from 6pm today (2) till 6am on Monday (4).
The Government Information Department issuing a statement said President Gotabaya Rajapaksa issued the directives according to powers vested in him through provisions of the Public Security Ordinance.
