33 individuals have been arrested across the island during the past 24-hours related to the illegal storage and the sale of fuel.
Police said the arrests were made following 31 raids conducted island wide. 1,110 litres of petrol, 1,441 litres of diesel, and nine litres of kerosene oil was confiscated.
Police added legal action will be taken against those arrested.
