The draft of the 21st Amendment to the Constitution will be tabled before the Cabinet of Ministers today.
Newly appointed Minister of Justice Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe said the amendment includes a clause that will prevent dual citizens from entering Parliament.
Minister Rajapakshe said an additional clause to amend the National Audit Commission and the National Procurement Commission as independent commissions in addition to existing independent commissions will also be included.
