COLOMBO (NewsRadio); Domestic Litro gas cylinder prices have been reduced with effect from tomorrow (4).
Accordingly, the price of a 12.5kg Litro domestic gas cylinder will be reduced by Rs.100.
Chairman of Litro Gas Company Muditha Peiris said with the revision in price a 12.5kg domestic gas cylinder will be available for 3,638 from tomorrow in Colombo.
A 5kg cylinder has been reduced by Rs.40 to Rs.1,462.
Meanwhile, a 2.3kg cylinder has been reduced by Rs.19 and will be sold at Rs.681 from tomorrow.
Chairman of Litro Gas Company Muditha Peiris attributed the price reduction to the fluctuation in prices in the world market and the favorable exchange rate.
