Indonesian Naval Ship KRI Raden Eddy Martadinata (331) arrived at the Colombo Port on an official visit this morning (3).
The ship was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions.
KRI Raden Eddy Martadinata (331) is a 105.02m length frigate, is manned by 138 crew members and is commanded by Captain Nopriadi Hanla.
Meanwhile, the Commanding Officer of the ship called on Commander of the Western Naval Area, Rear Admiral Suresh De Silva at the Western Naval Command Headquarters today.
During the official interaction they exchanged views and the cordial meeting culminated with an exchange of mementoes.
Concluding the official visit, KRI Raden Eddy Martadinata (331) is scheduled to depart the island on Sunday.
