A Chinese national who landed at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport from Sri Lanka last week has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Shanghai Health Commission today said the Chinese national arrived in Shanghai from Sri Lanka on the 10th of September.
China reported another seven imported COVID-19 cases today.
They have arrived from the United States, Canada New Zealand and South Korea.
The Health Commission noted that all the patients have been transferred to a designated hospital for treatment, while 32 close contacts on the same flights with them have been put under quarantine.
