Police have arrested an individual in Kiribathgoda for allegedly forging National Identity Cards.
Police said five screen printer templates, 90 laminating cards, five forged NICs, a forged driver’s license, several forged rubber stamps and papers were found in the relevant location.
The arrested individual is a 66-year-old resident of Kelaniya.
He is due to be produced before the Mahara Magistrate’s Court today.
