The Madras-Colombo Regatta was worked off yesterday (26).
The Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka said the Regatte creates a unique link between India and Sri Lanka and the world.
The High Commission noted that the Madras-Colombo Regatta is considered to be the oldest Regatta in the world between two cities of different countries.
High Commissioner Gopal Baglay was the Chief Guest at the 81st edition which was supported by the Indian CEO Forum.
High Commissioner Baglay stated that India will continue to row together with Sri Lanka in the race against common challenges.
