COLOMBO (NewsRadio): Heads of Foreign Missions in Colombo have been briefed on government’s key developments and plans regarding economy and reconciliation.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabry chaired the diplomatic briefing held at the Foreign Ministry premises today.
Foreign Minister Sabry said heads of mission were updated on the current economic situation, efforts to strengthen reconciliation, the proposed Truth and Reconciliation Commission mechanism and wider economic reforms aimed towards sustainable growth.
State Minister Tharaka Balasuriya, President’s Chief of Staff Sagala Ratnayaka and Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Aruni Wijewardane attended the briefing.
