COLOMBO (NewsRadio); The government is expected to ease import restrictions further in the near future.
Speaking to media in Colombo, State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya said steps will be taken to ease import restrictions imposed on a number goods shortly.
State Minister Siyambalapitiya noted that restrictions will be relaxed based on recommendations provided by the Economic Research Department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
