The use of digital signatures under the digitisation programme of the Ministry of Justice was officially launched today.
Minister of Justice Ali Sabry launched the official digital signature programme by signing letters of appointment of the Subcommittee on Court Automation and Digitalization this morning.
The main objective is to provide a more efficient and effective service to the public by using digital technology in carrying out duties remotely especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Justice Ministry said it hopes to implement the digital signature method at the Ministry and at Courts through online methods when delivering letters, documents, and reports to the public in a fast and efficient manner.
