The Department of Examinations has issued a statement detailing how services will be provided based on the prevailing health situation in the country.

The Exams Department said facilities have been provided to only apply for certificates online or via e-mail.

It added the certificate will be sent to the Foreign Ministry or the applicant’s address through express mail, based on the requirement.

Individuals can apply for certificates by using the official mobile application of the Exams Department, while further details can be obtained via the Department’s official website.

The Exams Department informed the public to dial 0112788137 for Ordinary Level and Advanced Level Examination certificates for 2001 and after.

It said individuals must dial 0112784323 to obtain information regarding exam certificates for previous years.
