Another 942 COVID-19 cases have been detected in Sri Lanka today, raising the number of confirmed infections to 607,104.
Accordingly, the Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 14,705 persons are currently receiving treatment for coronavirus at several facilities across the country.
Earlier today, 249 persons who recovered from COVID-19 were discharged from hospitals, raising the number of recoveries in the country to 577,030.
