Fully vaccinated Sri Lankans will be permitted to enter Singapore without having to quarantine from the 16th of December.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore announced today that it will extend vaccinated travel lanes to six more countries next month.
From Dec 14, travellers from Thailand may enter Singapore under the quarantine-free VTL. While Travellers from Cambodia, Fiji, Maldives, Turkey and Sri Lanka can do so from Dec 16.
The latest move will increase the number of countries with which Singapore has VTL arrangements to 27.
The CAA said before the COVID-19 pandemic, these 27 countries contributed to about 60 per cent of the total daily arrivals at Changi Airport.
