The number of COVID-19 recoveries recorded in the country has increased to 316,528.

The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 2,188 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals today.

The number of COVID-19 cases confirmed in the country increased to 365,683 following the detection of 3,609 patients yesterday.

42,721 persons are currently receiving treatment for the coronavirus at several facilities across the country.
