Another 27 coronavirus-related fatalities have been confirmed in Sri Lanka, raising the death toll to 14,399.
The Government Information Department said the deaths were reported yesterday, the 1st of December.
16 males and 11 females were among the victims.
11 males and eight females among the group that succumbed to the virus, were 60 years of age or above.
Meanwhile, five males and three females were between 30 and 59 years of age.
