Another 1,298 individuals have tested positive for COVID-19 thus far today.

Accordingly, Sri Lanka’s coronavirus caseload has risen to 620,732.

The number of COVID-19 recoveries increased to 581,659 with 454 persons discharged from hospitals today.

Accordingly, 23,452 persons are currently receiving treatment for coronavirus at several facilities.

Meanwhile 26 COVID-related deaths were reported yesterday, increasing Sri Lanka’s virus death toll to 15,621.
