93,346 vaccine doses against COVID-19 have been administered in Sri Lanka yesterday.
The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said accordingly, 2,981 individuals received the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine, while 23,679 persons were given the second jab yesterday.
Meanwhile, 32,525 persons were administered the first dose of the Sinopharm vaccine while 26,220 individuals were administered the second Sinopharm jab.
1,553 individuals also received the first jab of the Pfizer vaccine while 31 individuals were given the second Pfizer dose.
Furthermore, 4,625 persons received the first dose of the Moderna vaccine, while 24 persons received the second jab.
The Health Ministry added that a total of 1,708 individuals also received the second dose of the Sputnik-V vaccine yesterday.
Accordingly, 11,662,496 individuals have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in Sri Lanka.
A total of 26,096,107 vaccine doses against COVID-19 have been administered in the country since January.
