320 COVID-cases identified today

320 individuals have tested positive for COVID-19 today increasing total coronavirus infections in Sri Lanka to 657,134.

120 individuals recovered from COVID-19 and were discharged raising total recoveries to 619,193.

The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 21,525 persons are currently receiving treatment for coronavirus at several facilities.

A male above 60 years of age, was recorded as the only COVID-19 death yesterday, increasing virus linked deaths to 16,416.
