284 individuals have recovered from COVID-19 and have been discharged during the past 24-hours.
Accordingly, Sri Lanka’s total coronavirus recoveries have risen to 577,314.
942 COVID-19 cases were detected yesterday, raising the number of confirmed infections to 607,104.
Accordingly, the Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 14,421 persons are currently receiving treatment for the coronavirus at several facilities.
