26 COVID-19 related fatalities confirmed

Another 26 COVID-19 related fatalities have been confirmed in Sri Lanka, raising the virus death toll in the country to 15,621.

The Government Information Department said 17 males and nine females were among the individuals who succumbed to the virus yesterday.

Two males among the victims were below 30 years of age.

Four males and two females were identified as between 30 and 59 years of age while 11 males and seven females were identified as 60 years or above.
