25 COVID-19 related fatalities have been confirmed in Sri Lanka, raising the virus death toll to 15,994.
The Government Information Department said eight males and 17 females were among the individuals who succumbed to the virus yesterday.
Four males and eight females were identified as between 30 and 59 years of age while four males and nine females were identified as 60 years or above.
