22 individuals have succumbed to the coronavirus.
The Government Information Department said the deaths were confirmed to have been reported yesterday.
Accordingly, Sri Lanka’s total coronavirus deaths have risen to 14,555.
13 males and nine females were among the victims.
Five males and a female were identified as between 30 and 59 years of age while eight males and eight females were identified as 60 years or above.
