COVID-19 recoveries in Sri Lanka increase to 514,573

The number of COVID-19 recoveries recorded in the country has increased to 514,573.

The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 339 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals today.

The number of COVID-19 cases confirmed in the country increased to 543,385 following the detection of 592 patients yesterday.

15,006 persons are currently receiving treatment for the coronavirus at several facilities across the country.
