The number of COVID-19 cases confirmed in the country has risen to 525,479.
The Department of Government Information said 542 persons tested positive for the virus thus far today.
All cases were linked to the New Year COVID-19 cluster.
Accordingly 32,554 persons are currently receiving treatment for coronavirus at several facilities across the country.
Earlier today, 447 persons who recovered from COVID-19 were discharged from hospitals, raising the number of recoveries in the country to 479,629.
