COLOMBO (NewsRadio); The Constitutional Council is scheduled to convene today.
The meeting will be held under patronage of the Speaker of House, Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena at 12.30pm at the Parliamentary complex.
The council is expected to deliberate and arrive at a decision pertaining to the appointment of members to the National Election Commission.
