COLOMBO (NewsRadio); The Supreme Lanka Coalition is reportedly seeking to broaden its alliance.
National Organizer of the Coalition Parliamentarian Vasudeva Nanayakkara said they are holding talks with the Dullas Alahapperuma faction who recently defected from the government.
Speaking to media, MP Nanayakkara said they are hoping to work with MP Alahapperuma and his faction during future elections.
He said they are also Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna MPs and therefore they will hold discussions to form an alliance targeting the next election.
MP Vasudeva Nanayakkara said several other collations are also forming at present.
He said the Supreme Lanka Coalition is currently working with constituent leaders to prepare for the next election.
