COLOMBO (NewsRadio); Another four youth have been arrested in Puttalam over the death of two persons in Rambukkana.

The Police Media Division said the group was arrested yesterday from Puttalam based on a tip-off.

Police said the suspects, aged between 29 and 35 are residents of Rambukkana Mawanella and Puttalam.

Police uncovered the bodies of two persons who were found buried behind a residence in Rambukkana on the 12th of January.

Police said the house belongs to a drug peddler.

Accordingly, several persons linked to the death have been arrested.

Those arrested yesterday are scheduled to be produced before the Kegalle Magistrate’s Court today.

The Crimes Division of the Kegalle Police is conducting further investigations.
