Another 74 coronavirus related fatalities have been confirmed in Sri Lanka, raising the death toll to 4,645.
The Director General of Health Services in a statement said all 74 deaths were confirmed on the 2nd of August.
48 males and 26 females were among the victims.
35 males were over 60 years of age while 12 were between the ages of 30 and 59. One of the victims was below the age of 30 years.
Of the female victims, 21 were over 60 years and five were between 30 and 59.
Israeli bombardments have caused damage to more than 50 percent of housing units across Gaza, according to local officials.
