Leader of the All Ceylon Makkal Congress Parliamentarian Rishad Bathiudeen says a decision on whether the party will vote for or against the 2022 Budget will be announced on Sunday.
The MP was responding to a question raised by journalists after a programme held in Kandy today.
MP Bathiudeen said he nor his party has struck any deals with the present government.
The Parliamentarian said he together with the party worked with then-President Mahinda Rajapaksa and even held Ministerial portfolios while engaging in development projects carried out at the time.
He however said powers vested with the Prime Minister were curtailed through the 20th Amendment to the Constitution.
The MP said it is evident that Prime Minister Rajapaksa is unable to perform duties as he did during his nine-year tenure as the Head of State.
