354 discharged; COVID recoveries up to 492,975

354 individuals have recovered from COVID-19 and have been discharged from hospitals today.

Accordingly, total coronavirus recoveries increase to 492,975.

The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 25,189 persons are currently receiving treatment for the coronavirus at several facilities.

578 COVID-19 cases were identified yesterday increasing Sri Lanka’s coronavirus caseload to 531,648.

12 COVID-19 related fatalities were also confirmed yesterday increasing Sri Lanka’s coronavirus death toll to 13,484.
