316,806 individuals have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in Sri Lanka yesterday.
The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said, 22,551 individuals received the first dose of the Sinopharm vaccine while another 210,810 were given the second jab.
The Epidemiology Unit added 10,308 individuals received the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine while the second jab was administered to 602 persons.
Furthermore, 702 individuals received the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine while 31,758 others obtained the second jab.
10 persons were also administered the first dose of the Moderna vaccine while 40,065 persons were inoculated with the second jab.
According to data from the Epidemiology Unit, 6,873,138 individuals in total have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in Sri Lanka.
