The Examinations Commissioner General informs that the 2022 Advanced Level Examination will be worked off at 2,200 examination centres.

The A/Level Exam is being worked off from the 23rd of January to the 17th of February.

Commissioner General Amith Jayasundara said the dengue eradication will be carried out at schools that have been designated as exam centres prior to the examination.

Meanwhile, tuition classes for the 2022 A/Level Examination will be prohibited from midnight on the 17th of January.

The Exam Department said tuition classes cannot be conducted until the conclusion of the examination.

The Department said the conduct of classes, organising classes, workshops, conferences, lectures, printing model papers, putting up posters, banners, leaflets, or publicising advertisements via print or social media are banned after the 17th of January.

The Examinations Department said the general public can notify Police or the Department of any violations.

The public can contact the 119 Police emergency hotline or the headquarters via 0112 421 111.

Complaints can also be made to the Examinations Department via the 1911 hotline or through 0112 784 208 / 0112 784 537.
