18,769 COVID-19 patients recover and discharged today

The number of COVID-19 recoveries recorded in the country has increased to 342,159.

The Epidemiology Unit of the Ministry of Health said 18,769 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals today, the highest number of recoveries recorded in a single day.

The number of COVID-19 cases confirmed in the country increased to 385,696 following the detection of 3,884 patients yesterday.

36,551 persons are currently receiving treatment for the coronavirus at several facilities across the country.
